NOTES:
Fruity floral. Berries and dandelions. Quite bright and somewhat imbalanced toward a near sourness via a citrusy bit which amplifies aforementioned berries. This isn't a fault, necessarily, but it is a rather intense spotlight on Ethiopian characteristics.

Buttery caramel finish happens only after a bit of an astringent lilt. Actually drinks a bit like black tea with a spoonful of Smucker's blueberry swirled in.

FINAL GRADE: B+
