United Cigar Offers Retailers Tax Relief via Dos Hombre Cabinet - Cigar News

Dos Hombre cigars, of Two Guys Cigars, of the United Cigar Group (UCG) shall be offering-up their Dos Hombre Cabinet Dominican and Honduran lines at the up-coming IPCPR trade-show. Whilst at said show, these lines come with a quite handsome gambit geared toward brick and mortar retailers: UCG promises to "give back," or pay the tax of, their given state's percentage, in the form of "bonus goods."
Director of Sales for United Cigars, Oliver Nivaud: "We cannot stand idle as multiple states are being individually taxed heavier than others. We want to ‘level the playing field’ for retailers to compete against other states and online tobacco giants."

Please visit Cigars City to-day.

Generously, cigars offered to off-set state tobacco tax shall be doled out alongside each order of ten boxes. eg: B&M owners in states that have a 60% tobacco tax, receive 120 cigars with every 10 boxes purchased. A nice idea, that.

Plus, if IPCPR can needlessly exclude on-line retailers of all sizes, why not UCG? Two Guys also serves the cigar community as an on-line retailer... I can't seem to find a link anywheres, gentlepersons. This news was broke at the Cigar Authority website. You can get a link to there by visiting Two Guys.

Nigh vitriol aside, as stated, nice idea. One I hope to see duplicated ad nauseum.

Have a safe Fourth.
