NOTES:
Noses a bit grainy, eyeballs dense & glossy.  Lithe, charred notes. Dark chocolate, oak, & tick of pepper on the sip. Slurp offers up 'baccy stalk mild smokiness, a little raisin, a little prune. Very clean, crisp. With some cooling of cup, a cherry note sidles up to the slurp then sip.

Astringently dry & delicately-so. The finish is gone quick but gives a licorice nutty flash. Bright but shadowy. I don't know what that means either. Complex af given its fleeting nature of notes. Lots of meaningful flighty untethered nuances.

FINAL GRADE: B+
