NOTES:
Woodsy & sweet. Lively & bright. Eyeballs crisp-to-sharp with a golden under-hue. Noses big full of sweet herbal nuttiness. There's a lot of the nosing on the sip: balsa & pinewood, pignoli cookies yeastiness, an airy inherent citrus sweetness which is difficult to pinpoint but seems patisserie more so than confectionery.

Undertones are rather like un-played jazz notes. A smattering of terra cotta, a bit of stiff white pepper. The body is an Oolong tea astringency which coats the tongue. The finish is of moderate length and complex floral herbaceousness. A delicate and jaunty type of thing, this. Complex and lesser-so nuanced. Brisk and quite enjoyable.
