NOTES:
Pepper your Angus? While you're doing that, fold some fennel into a cedar bowl full of mud. What kind of kitchen is this? A barnyard? Saddle leather and a big ol' blast up-front of crisp black pepper that takes most of the smoke to calm down entirely. Unsweetened chocolate rises as the pepper falls but never fells. Toasted pumpernickel.

Fun smoke, gregarious. Flavorful tension. A movable feast. Burn-line needs corrected outta the gate, but I don't tend to ding a grade for that. Ash could cling better. Press rounds at heat. Draw is excellent. Copious amounts of smoke off each end. Seams and cap hold true and fast, never tightly-so. Pacing slows to meditative come the third course. Caraway.

I'm stuffed. A snootful of espresso.
