Honey | Vanilla | Fruity/floral jabs

Typically, blends this nice on the room-note are murderous on the palate. Not this one. I chalk that somewhat up to its non-goopy, cool, and even burn. Smokes as if it was meant for a pipe and not an incense burner, a real plus. A definite barnyard leathery tobacco note, also golden and sweet, lays underneath the not-cloying yet sugary nougat vanilla topping. Honey is a player all-round.

The broad cut turns to fine ash and dottle is kept to a minimum. quite a goodly amount of smoke out-put. Retro-haling really highlights the aforementioned tobacconess. No bite, and I can't imagine what you'd have to do to get it. Mellow but not boring, although somewhat watered-down after settling-in. A dependable blend that everyone will like, although falls short of triggering further emotion.
