NOTES:
Pristine, really. Noses to a slice of cinnamon raisin bread, brightly. Sits yellow-amber & sparkling crisp clear in the cup. Notes are delivered briskly, lay focused smoothly velvety on the tongue. Then blanket warm comfy on-down. A tick of wooden astringency hits the cheeks.

Tropical fruits spiced sparingly with pale cinnamon & hint of white pepper. Some cocoa bit flits in on the slurping. A hint of citrus on the back-end. The finish is fruity cocoa braced by pepper, ending cleanly.

Complex & calming. Lively & mature. Nuanced, well-rounded and supremely balanced. Excellently orchestrated. Yummy af. At once attainable, welcoming, and if looked for -- challenging. Brilliant, this. As is the tea, as is the tea.
