NOTES:
Honey nut cheerios? How interesting. That and white-to-black peppercorn which quickly settles a tick. That settling lets a toasted buttery cedar note sidle in. Dusty golden complected notes. Undertones to all that is something like beach sand, suede, Milk chocolate. After the opening 1/3, a bit of pale fruit syrup flows in. Pineapple, cantaloupe. Turkey jerky at the half.

The texture is a tick gruff, particularly thru the nose, but it does drop chamomile to the palate. Quite transitional, so yes, complex in that manner. Not terribly nuanced, as notes are a bit flighty. Nicely balanced and rounded-out profile. Does get a bit throaty.

Burns on a well-paced even-line. Box press holds firm, as does ash. Draws smooth & evenly. Moderate+ smoke out-put. builds to a sour candy leathery room-note, quite similar to the rather lengthy finish which moves from savory to candied sourness on a pins & needles mouth-feel.
