NOTES:
Crackling acidity. Pleasant tannic quality, Bone China body. Bright, light, & alright. Mellow sips of Dutch-process cocoa and fresh-cut lumber. Slurps to a peach fuzz addition. Understated, top to bottom. Sophisticated. Much like myself. Much like myself.

Cheerfully calm cup a' joe. The finish has longer legs than I'd expect from a lighter offering. Good complexities there twixt overtones, earthen underbelly, and all or most points 'tween. Sits pretty in my mason jar coffee mug all crisp & clean & sheen.
