NOTES:
Exceptionally clean, crisp, & reddish-hued to the eye. Corner piece of a pan of brownies (walnut pieces), a bit of a nutmeg vibe sip. Delivered stiffly and with a peach fuzz astringency. A late-coming-on papaya thing there, too. Slurps to a butterscotch | hazelnut tune.

Oak and tobacco stalks drive from the underbelly. The finish is thinned-out toppers with a bit of a tannic feel; long and a bit lemony. Light-to-medium bodied and quite something like refreshing. Noses more chocolatey rich than it tastes. Could use a bit more meat on its bones. Or perhaps you prefer them lanky sinewy.

FINAL GRADE: B+

"We have actually run out of that [Guatemala] coffee since we sent it to you (had an unexpectedly large order). The new [Guatemala] one is also from the Huehuetenango area, just a different producer (actually group of producers). We try to keep them as similar profiles as possible, but there is some variance." - KLLR
