NOTES:
Bigger of spice than body. Clean. Chocolate & tropical fruit on the sip. Slurps with more of that and a rich driving/steering earthiness. Finishes with a cordial cherry wham of a note. Spice? Clove, anise. Tropical fruit? Dried pineapple, papaya.

Smooth as silk. A bit more mellow than I'd wish for, tho perhaps that's a byproduct of the aforementioned clean -- for it's very. Not an abundance of notes but all are clear as day delineated and in nice harmony. That said, not an awful lot of nuance in that no notes entrench nor play in their undertones. Could use a tick more hair on its change purse.

ALSO: Sonofresco manufactures & sells the roasters which roasted these beans, and sells the un-roasted green beans as well.
