Felix Assouline Cigars Havana Sunrise Reserve Brilliance - Cigar Review by Kaplowitz

"Have you Kaplowitz'd to-day?"

Felix Assouline Havana Sunrise Reserve (HSR)
WRAPPER: Habano Criollo 98
BINDER: Indonesian
FILLER: Nicaraguan, Honduran

FORMAT: Box-press Belicoso "Brilliance" (6.5x54)
ORIGIN: Nicaragua
STRENGTH: Mild-Medium

NOTES: Tobacco-forward and let out on a line of creamy hay & woods. Nutshells, some. Predominately sweet and mellow, much like myself. Much like myself. Pepper appears kindly, then a tick prickly on end of finish and via retro-hale. Leathery barnyard underbelly.

Combustion and construction operate sans flaw. You've heard of morning cigars which beg a cup of coffee accompaniment? Try this 'un with a hot cocoa & let yer inner child play -- you friggin emotionally crippled weirdo.

FINAL GRADE: B+
A 90-100 B 80-89 C 70-79 D 60-69 F 0-59

"A creamy, medium bodied cigar full of warmth. Havana Sunrise Reserve is our nod to the old traditions of yesterday. Havana Sunrise Reserve Cigars is a medium to full body line introduced in 5 vitolas. HSR are produced with carefully blended tobaccos from Honduras, Nicaragua and Indonesia." - www.FelixAssouline.com
