"It's a story of the American Dream." Jorge Padron, President of Padron Cigars.
Padron is releasing a book conveying the memoirs of their patriarch, one Mr. Jose O. Padron. Chronicled up-on its pages shall be the nonagenarian's hoe'd row. From his United States entry via the old country to creating a mammoth brand from a cafeteria cigar sold in Miami’s Little Havana, and all points twixt. Said twixts involving meeting with Fidel Castro, the destruction of his own cigar factory, and the Nicaraguan revolution. The tome's release date is set for the tail-end a' August to looming September. It'll be purchasable in all cigar shops which carry the brand. (Do any not?) All proceeds from the book will go to the Padron Family Foundation whilst it plans to build an elementary school in 2018 Esteli, Nicaragua.
Whilst Halfwheel has the title "Memorable Moments in My Life," Jorge Padron referred to it as "My Memoirs." I'm sure I could clarify with a simple Google search, gentlepersons - maybe you can.
