Have you Kaplowitz'd to-day? |
The XO line hit the market in a March 2016 box-pressed Toro, with the schtick of some 18 year-old tobacco's inclusion. Immediate plans of company owner Enrique Sanchez Icaza were to yearly introduce the blend in a new format. Then: FDA.
When that FDA feces met fan, Mr. Icaza done did a tandem a' things: he fought City Hall via levelling retaliatory suit and took all the planned yearly release formats (6) to the 2016 IPCPR for a limited introduction in order to beat the drop-dead date. Humsoever, the 1502 XO Churchill is only the second 'big' release, following on the Toro's heels.
I feel a Toro is an odd format to lead with -- perchance I's a purist. Them other (6) I mentioned? Well, they have yet to be 'formally released,' but consist of a 656 Conquistador, Lancero, Perfecto, Robusto Gordo, Salomon, and Torpedo. The entire blend is big hairy secret and boy, don't Icaza hate City Hall/FDA?!
G-d bless 'im.
