10 FACTS ABOUT THE JSK RED KNIGHT

1. Stiffer Density of Pack Than Other Serie Sabbaths
Pack density is a tick more firm here than other Sabbaths of this Serie. No hard spots, some somewhat softer ones. Into 2/3, we get back to the regular JSK softer density. Then stiffens again past halt-time. Draw don't wiggle from an almost too open -medium tension. Overall appearance is that of being regally rustic, via ammount a' veins and sometimes uneven seams which tighten as heated.

2. Jas Sum Kral Maps Macedonia As Flavor Country
Full-flavored, period. End of sentence. After the zetz of first light which is pepper, pepper, pepper (see peppers) fades: Anise/licorice rides higher than other Sabbaths. Black cherry. Molasses reduction. Darkly aromatic pipe tobacco. Espresso with a bitter-sharp crema. Smoked meat. Hickory and mesquite woodsinesses. Caramelized sugar. Root beer syrup. High-up and nigh steroidal under-belly of rich black top-soil; somewhat dry compost. Leather hits middlings at the nigh mid-point in an early transition which brings malted darkly roasted grains of barley and rye. Boozy. Mash. 3/3 is a dollop of toasted cream and salt set up-top the raging and driving under-belly.

3. Transitions/Consistency Singular/Germane
Transition is singular -- lest I'd have added an "s," gentlepersons. Happens a tick shy of mid-point and introduces the above mentioned ingredients of booziness and leather. Although entering past the mid-way marker is a dark chocolate note -- I take it as one long transition. I mean, Bruce didn't become Caitlyn over-night, no? An operatic note held long. The big-breasted singer donning a horned helmet. Overall consistency is consistent as to the plot it doth set forth. Consistency writ large, within the context of this being the 15th Sabbath is highly admirable from offering to offering.

4. The JSK Pace Tells A Bold Tale
Pace is fast, but germane to experience in an active manner -- slows some as half nears -- again at the top of 3/3. The smoldering fall-out of battle? Even burn-line throughout. Ash is silvery pale grey in a bissell dry sheath. Some active flaking. Builds to an easily achieved inch+ of burnt offerings. In the 3/3 there is a bit of lag in top-leaf doth requiresome of re-touch. All told, wrapper/binder/fillers burn in sync... with an occasional and slight hurrying ahead of fillers.

5. Body Is A Gym Guy Whom Skips "Leg Day"
Medium-full body via oiled leathers and a toasted creaminess. Mash is felt there, too. Spices and peppers tingle tongue and cheeks. Not at all throaty, a nicety and a rare one, at the height of this profile. Ultimately, smoke is delivered surprisingly smoothly to smoke-hole. Cool a' temp, too.

6. The Red Knight: That's a Spicy Meat-a-Ball!
Black and red pepper, verily and verily. Traces of cayenne on end of draw/onset of finish. Chili powder, cumin, cinnamon. Some nutmeg. Traces of clove ebb and flow hither and thither.

7. Deeply Nuanced Though Not Overly Complex -- Driven
Deep nuances, but too at times, somewhat hollow. Particularly on finish which leaves some un-played notes on finish. Not overly complex on one albeit lengthy transition; nuances in notes have a strict delineation and don't inter-mingle.

8. Jas Sum Kral: Strong Like Bull
Strength is full-end of medium-full, robustly so. OK. Full. Swimmy swoon in the head. Schvitzing upper-lip and warmed chest. A full feeling in the challah-basket.

9. (Trained) Bull in China Shope Finish
Long bittersweet finish, but a tick toward hollow in some regards. Or at least, thin. Rich, but too, braced from dessert-hood by heavily toasted woods and smoked meat in a sweet BBQ sauce.

10. Balanced as a Ship on Stormy Seas
A lil helter-skelter, but ultimately, balanced 'nuff. Pepper/spices really rock the boat and paddle out ahead. PADDLE out ahead. OUT. AHEAD.
