SUMMATION
Smooth texture delivered on oomph. Weighty bodied yet not cumbersome or barnacle building due to a toasted crispy bit in the cream schvitzing leathery oils. Sour bits are there because balance is well there, but never acidicly so. Umami is a leather and more so a flesh. Verily sweet but again not barnacle-building as a peppery spice moves it along. Hardwoods verily and smoked and an under-belly there of cedar which is surprisingly sweet and clean. Roasted salt and caramelized butters play well, supplying much of the somewhat scant complexities. Better in nuances. Strength sneaks up on ya suddenly and then lets ya come to grips. Finish is toasted wood, smoky flesh and sweetness. Ends clean with a slight mineral tendency coming from salty remnants.
Construction shows a great even medium tension draw throughout, which full-on satiates. Big smoke off foot. Humsoever, there is some loosening of pack and more of seams. Combustion nigh excels but changes pace a couple times and blisters once. Smoke stays cool at mainly firm nub. Top-leaf does tick up a bit at band-point.

FINAL GRADE
****B+****
I didn't get the cherry stuff I got HERE in the Toro. I'm stating this because in that other offering, I felt that in more time it'd become delightfully candied. For that reason and others, I'm led to believe these JSK Red Knight sticks will age supremely well. Thanks to Riste Riatevski, I gots a bunch to let sit and find out. 'Nuff.
Not 'nuff yet. Ya can listen to me smoke this and chat about it and about other stuffs by pressing play below:
