SUMMATION

Pairs quite well with Saltines and tater tots... so I hear. Mildly and sweetly acidic. I'm fairly certain 'twas the saltines which was salty. Nicely bitter and plenty sweet. Zilch bite. See aforementioned acidity re: sour. Smooth as a bochik's tuchus. Heavy? Like a wiry mench. Rich yet mellow and balanced verily. Classically medium smoker; just stick it in yer smoke-hole.

Pepper, white. Cream. Wood, sweet oak. Spices, white. Lemon zest. Brown paper bag (fleeting). Earth, light & sunny barnyard. Fruit, apple w/ pale melon vibe. Cocoa butter. Cedar, sweet 'n' creamy. Toast. Orange blossom honey, thin. Pale grains. Graham flour. Caramel. Coffee, blonde. Nuts, cashew/macadamia melange.

Construction and combustion are notable insofar as nothing is note-worthy. Nice. No retouches and an even 'nuff burn. Easy smooth medium tension'd draw. Satiating but not in an intense manner. Plenty of dense white smoke with a sweet and inviting room-note. I'll have another, and another... great everyday offering.
