SUMMATION
Only very mildly acidic. Nicely salty. More bitter than sweet, and a tick outta balance there. Sour braces toward more balanced of a delivery. Smooth, but zetz-ful and not easy per se. Lighter than heavy by a hair. Robustly bodied, and toasty-smoky rich.
Pepper, black. Espresso. Cream. Chocolate, syrup. Leather. Fruit, red juices. Woods, mesquite and oak. Smoky. Earth compost/barnyard. Spices, red (chili powder front). Nuts, toasted almond. Toasty. Grains, kasha and barley. Spices, mulling. Meat, jerky. Molasses. Bread, dark rye w/ slight malt. Brewers yeast. Astringent. Floral, hibiscus. Wood, toasted wine cask. Cola. Diesel, thin [image gag of Diesel, Vin]. Charcoal.
Draw is an even medium tension throughout, with a sometimes lesser satiation of smoke-hole. Warms in the 3/3 as does the shaft. Construction is average+ no loosened seams, but a quite rounded press and that heating up. Combustion is nicely paced and the burn doth require not a single of re-touch -- though never perfects itself. An occasional tick of top-leaf don't burn right-away. Ash is pale with silver bits here and there, and is quite solid.
