Essentially, gentlepersons, we can see etiquette as protocol. Knowing protocol enables one to be both correct and nice. Beyond reproach, if you will.

Too:

The poet John Lydgate said, “You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time."

This musing was later adapted by Abraham Lincoln as the somewhat more well-known, "You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time."

What if I were to tell you, gentlepersons, that being aware of, and using, proper etiquette -- may allow you to perform both of these tasks? Might I add, all whilst displaying style and grace.

Too again:

There is a power in being correct, even while failing at being universally agreed with.

This truth makes etiquette a very powerful tool to correctly employ. We are speaking of literal Art of War in a perhaps figurative top hat.
If you agree, please follow my weekly Etiquette Column which will be posted to the Bodega Premium Blends website each and every Friday.  You may access their site by clicking HERE and then find my column under the "Blog" section.

If you do not agree, please consider stopping by anyway. It should be quite entertaining, if not 'infotaining,' in your eyes. Perhaps we might even have a gentlepersonly debate. I do so appreciate those.

Furthermore,  if you have any etiquette-based questions which you feel I might be of assistance in answering, please tweet or DM the particulars of such to myself at @iamkap.

I'd like to now take the time to kindly show my gratitude toward Bodega Premium Blends, for the lovely opportunity they have extended my way -- and dare I say, your way.

Best,

Kap
