NOTES:
Briskly youthful. But then again buttery & deep for such delicate notes. A medium amber liquor with a tick of olive under-hue. Clear tho slightly shy of sharply-so. Pretty & lush leaves with reddish highlights. Noses of deep herbaceousness. Flowers up-front and a far-back light spice. (Aroma.)

Back to the sip, where I began. Foresty. Earthy as it settles. A bit like a virgin drink rendition of raw Pu-erh. A Yang to its Yin? A drinkable springtime? I digress. Complex & densely nuanced. Not a lot of flavors, but a lot of flavors & delivered both lively as well as thoughtfully.

A bit lemony on the finish and after quite clean. Smooth with no astringency beyond a bit of dryness on immediate sip. Slurping adds a better look at its silky body and brighter takes on notes already present. A very intriguing cuppa, this. Some pine nestles in via an accumulative effect.
