NOTES:
Charges out of the gate with dense dark chocolate & molasses. A distant potpourri. Then via progression comes a deep, full spice. Allspice & anise seed. Black then red pepper then cayenne, smoothly. Very complex via addition & nuance of each note.

Undertones are a bracing cedar which stiffens via toasting, leather, raisin/prune. Underbelly is topsoil & compost. Finish is of moderate length & all muddles there a tick, with a lingering tannin quality. Aroma is very-much a floral fruity showcase of just beautiful oily tobacco.

Burns on an even line just shy of being a razor. No retouches are close to considered. Draws a bit toward stiffly but still in the quite acceptable spectrum. Ash stacks dimes in thirds. No hard/soft spots.

An offering which is stoic and special, all at once. Both dependable and luxurious. Nice.
