Drew Estate Acid Opulence 3 - Cigar Review

B"H
THE CIGAR
Drew Estate
Acid Opulence 3
5 x 54 Robusto
w. San Andres
b./f. Nicaraguan
THE KVELL
Built like a brick feces house wire-to-wire.
Draw is wide open, and perfectly even throughout.
Ash can probably grow straight through.
Pacing is a lively marching long fuse.
Copious is an understatement re: smoke out-put.
Smoke stays cool to ye olde nub.

THE KVETCH
Throaty by a tick at the onslaught... I mean onset.
Mouth-feel doth err toward dry.
Burn-line is a bit of a ribbon in first half. (No re-touch.)
Nigh assaulting via overt flavors and smoky-smoke.
Some palate fatigue in the 3/3.

THE KIBBITZ
Can one be pleasantly assaulted? Can one smoke Fruity Pebbles immediately after brushing their teeth? Yes. Yes. Vastly unnecessary to retro-hale. For all its infused ham-fistedness, there are some rich and oily tobacco subtleties as development develops. One must sip and not puff, puff, pull as in a "regular" cigar. A different experience altogether -- one I'm not adverse to experiencing again. Room-note is hippie thrift-shop.
