Cigar Breath (is a misleading title)

"Breathe. Let go. And remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure." - Oprah Winfrey

One does not ever inhale cigars, as we know. But, if you're reading this, chances are you smoke 'em quite a bit. Ever notice your breathing while you do? It's shallow, I bet. As a by-product of not inhaling, we often take wispy shallow breaths, then return to normal breathing.

Your normal breathing likely sucks, too.

You're further at deficit with each puff. Do you struggle with bolder cigars? Feeling green and not getting enough oxygen feel wildly similar. So, between draws, take a handful of Resonant Breathing breaths. Five seconds in and five seconds out, no pausing, is a good place to start.

Maybe even take up breathing exercises between cigars.
