NOTES
Lemon-filled chocolate candy | Pecan Sandies | Mediterranean spices

First I though Lemonheads pulled out from between couch cushions--but then the italicized above took form rather quickly. A jelly-consistency fruit, wrapped with a layer of chocolate. I feel like I've seen such a thing. Sugary, not cloying. My mom used to treat herself to an occasional box of Pecan Sandies, and woe to the person who stole one. Mediterranean spices. Think the potluck lunch after Greek Orthodox Divine Liturgy.

There's also some cinnamon and ginger. A malty-loamy earthiness. Slight oakiness. As the final-third approaches, the experience does become a bit, a far bit, more reminiscent to my first written experience (see FURTHER READING BELOW).

Flavors exhibit a bit sharper this go-'round. Not piercing, more focused and of greater height--to the point of being nigh untethered. Draws a bit hesitant-snug, that serves toward the slight-moderate degradation of cap assemblage. Less plush, more sheen. Same depths but taller-brighter head; improved delineation. Vacant nethers.
