NOTE: Cedar

Lemon and white pepper spin each other round and round and, as is usually the case, they overlap into a bit of "Which is which?" And then cedar insinuates itself between. And then on the outside of that, a milk chocolate rather envelopes all but also influences the cedar. It's butterscotch where they occasionally touch. Cedar is sometimes more lemon, and lesser times more white pepper. Smokes cool and feels cold.

But always, it's a sharp cedar, crisp and bold but too, buffeted at its borders by softer attachments. Caramel, cashew butter. Still, it's a laser beam of focus particularly through the nose. Vanilla beans wave sheepishly from off over yonder. Our cedar note operates like a frozen rope line drive. We'll say consistent, level, and quick. Tastes quick but burns slowly. Vanilla beans call pale honey over to wave hi.

From the end of the opening act to the mid-part of the second-third, we are on cruise control or maybe more like cruising altitude. Then we hit a quick bit of turbulence... an even sharper look at cedar. Two pulls scream and soar but then a toastiness sets in. Then our cedar becomes slowly wrapped in a warm leather. Finally, in the final-third, we return to the opening act, coming full circle. A bit like doing donuts.
