Big Sky Cigars Blackfoot in Review

BRAND: Big Sky
BLEND: Blackfoot

WRAPPER: Mexican San Andres
BINDER: Dominican
FILLER: Dominican

FORMAT: Toro Grande (654)
ORIGIN: Dominican Republic
INTENSITY: Full

NOTES:
Black Pepper | Raisins | Black Forest cake

Heavy and focused notes. Mid-palate is leathery fruits, dried. On either end of that sits a front-end of black pepper and a throaty though non-abrasive hot sauce. Consistent throughout, including an underbelly of Black Forest cake sitting in a compost heap. There is some movement there as another Black Forest cake gets added in at the midpoint.

Smokes a tick toward quick and makes me, overall, wanna yell out a Ric Flair WOOOooo. So I do. That felt good. My palate is maybe a tick dry. Might be that WOOOooo. Burns on an even enough line and draws real smooth. No hard or soft spots from foot to nub. Tasty smoke. Smells good too. Smells like Fig Newtons toasting in an oven. Big clouds. Jet flying.

WOOOooo.
