NOTES:
A rich amber brew w/ copper under-hue; clear but maybe just shy of crisp. Noses sweetly-so with vanilla and woodsy herbaceousness. Sips plush & agreeably to the tune of its nosing. Malty & vibrant additions of salty earthiness and pecan. Slurps add a hint of anise, a bit of caramel.

Comfortable. A breakfast tea for an easy like a Sunday morning affair. Not ornately complex but deeply nuanced. Attainable & soothing. Equal parts oily & astringent. Sweet but not cloying. Nice, both very & quite.
