Aganorsa Leaf Ground N Pound (Serious Cigars Exclusive) | Cigar Review by Kaplowitz

"Have you Kaplowitz'd to-day?"

Aganorsa Ground N Pound
WRAPPER: Nicaraguan Corojo
BINDER: Nicaraguan
FILLER: Nicaraguan

FORMAT: Robusto "Elbow Candy"
ORIGIN: Nicaragua
STRENGTH: Medium

NOTES: Fusty malty milk chocolate crisped-some by citrus bits via an orange pith. White & black pepper. Interesting overtones, those. Complex and well choreographed. Although at the mid-point, they do settle into the undertones some. Undertones? Glad ya asked... they are somewhat less than delineated. A melange of dusty sunlit earth & wood attachments to a simple 'baccy core. Finish is of a -moderate length; tingly remnants of top-notes.

Burn puckers here & there yet the Ground N Pound requires no re-touching. Pace is nice & slow. Draw is smooth, even. Ash doesn't build much, dumping in half-inch increments. Smoke out-put is a tick less than ideal, 'nuff to satiate palate but falls shy of cumulating into any notable room-note.

FINAL GRADE: B+
A 90-100 B 80-89 C 70-79 D 60-69 F 0-59
