MBombay Classic Torpedo - Cigar Review

I smell sandalwood. Lovely room-note, that. Lettuce focus further on the combustion, then, of this MBombay offering. Burns even-stevens on a razor-line, from there grows burnt-offerings as stiffly and pale as any ol' Brit. Pace is maybe a tick quick. Construction has a light hand-feel but is rolled moderately firm and stays thatta-way from gate to wire. Seams are tight and back to hand-feel: velvety smoov. Draw is a loose-end medium and in the first-third a hair airy, but satiating and saturating to smoke-hole nonetheless. 2/3 and 3/3 firm up to medium-medium and smoothly-so.

A white pepper and exotic spice piquancy are gentle and complex, particularly through the retro-hale. Nada acidity, a dash of pink Himalayan salt. A hearty blonde-roast java brings the bitter into balanced play. Cream checks the sweet box, a does honey and milk/white chocolate. Bupkis bite. Sour by way of citrus tidings. Always smooth as silk. In fact, silk would be appreciative of this MBombay's smoothness. A lightish-bodied but still rich thing, this -- with umami senses triggered by suede and well-worked leathers, some pale oats. Supremely balanced. Finish is a nice length a' sweet and sour maltiness which ends cleanly with some citrus-ade aid.
