Asylum 13 Ogre - Cigar Review

C.L.E. Cigar Co.
Asylum 13 Cigars Ogre
550 Robusto Barber Pole
MY NOTES:
A well-drawing stick with a tick wobble'd burn and short ash. An interesting lime note particularly at end-of-finish. Some white pepper piquancy is upped on retro-hale and back-loaded. Non-delineated sweet caramelized-cum-table sugar with mocha dalliances on an earthen profile.

Chances are, ya read that in under 10-seconds. Want mo'?

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
“A part of the Asylum 13 line, The Asylum 13 Ogre cigars are barber-pole monsters that have Maduro and Candela wrappers. This combo will deliver nothing but the most complex and interesting blends ever to be introduced in a cigar of this size. This is something you’ll be sure to want in your humidor.” From the C.L.E. Website.

Cigar Aficionado scored the Lancero an 88 whilst citing in tasting notes: "Two wrappers—one maduro, one candela—create an eye-catching barber-pole effect. The lancero draws well, delivering a lemony, toasty smoke with touches of earth and a vanilla finish."

Aside from the Robusto herein and the mentioned Lancero, there too includes the Gordo formats of: 660, 680, 770, 880, and 870
