NOTES:
Melons & citrus. Buttery (Olio?) body, fuzzily-so. Muskmelon/honeydew, lemon/orange pith. Heckuva complex & jaunty sip. Slurp adds a carob tick, thinly toward the finish. A bit of muted produce section peppers. Thick vegetal stalks.

Muted earthen woodsy aroma that's there on the tongue as the cup cools. Could us a tick greater balance, but not imbalanced, per se. More on the cooling cup -- lemon expands. Less balance. Flighty and tilted-wobbles toward sour. Still, a cup different 'nuff to be worthy of experiencing if its profile fits your palate, lip-smackingly tartly.
