PROFILE: Sweet-Sour
PEPPER-SPICE: low | MEDIUM | high

COMBUSTION: poor | ok | EXCELLENT
CONSTRUCTION: poor | OK | excellent

NOTES:
Tangy bright -- not too either. Darker/heavier notes support-well. Spiced more than peppered, boozily-so. Toasted nuances, attainable complexity. Draws well/readily, Cap softens sans hampering. Burns evenly.

FINAL GRADE: B+
A 90-100 B 80-89 C 70-79 D 60-69 F 0-59
