Gran Habano Cigars #5 Corojo Imperiales (Gordo) - Cigar Review by Kaplowitz

"Have you Kaplowitz'd to-day?"

Gran Habano #5 Corojo
WRAPPER: Nicaraguan Corojo
BINDER: Nicaraguan Habano
FILLER: Nicaraguan, Costa Rican

FORMAT: Gordo "Imperiales"
ORIGIN: Honduras

NOTES: Warming cinnamon and ginger led spices, toasted cedar, and an applewood/core/cooked apple (in that particular order) is(are?) up-front. Bulging undertones of leather and oils, & a cocoa butter familiar to Costa Rican leaf. Cream, toasted. Fleeting notes of a brown paper bag. Semi-sweet chocolate and dark-roasted java grow from earthen undertones, and via progression push up into the middling -- heightening primaries, in turn.

Nice transitions, interesting but not jarring complexities. A cozy cigar. Finish is a lengthy tingly sweetness. A tick drying to the palate. Burns on an even line with a very comfy draw. Great googly moogly smoke out-put on every pull and passively too.
