NOTES:
Buttery floral sweetnesses. Sits in the cup both shiny & hazy at once, in a pale honey hue manner. Brewed leaves unroll bigly-so, & are rather mundanely green. The aroma is a flowery herbaceousness. A dusty white pepper vibe.

Sips that herbaceousness w/ grassy forward & minty back. A more focused white pepper braces well twixt that & white-to-yellow floral (chamomile, dandelion) notes. Some cardamom is seen on the slurping. A pleasantly mineral-laced finish is saltily added, as is a bit of pinewood astringency.

Buttery smooth in the tea-hole; the pepper is kindly called toward its cushioning. Complex yet calmingly-so. Quite nuanced for flavors that dance as they do. The floral & herbal play is some quite bright fun. A delicate tea with a robust structure. Subtle yet distinct. I shall brew me another pot.
