NOTES:
Cayenne pepper out-front but smoothly cushioned by a softly bracing creme brulee. Then as the pepper comes back to cream, hibiscus & syrupy red/purple fruits chime into the overtones. Plums then grapes.

Very close on those heels is a high-riding & rich dark chocolate. Espresso with pretty crema. This is all played out on a black walnut stage with a chicory lilt. In the second-half, savory leathery oils come in to fill out further the already filled middlings.

Robust & refined. Well-balanced. Rounded edges. Finish is lush sans being cloyingly-so. An inherent bitter-sweetness up from the underbelly and pulling some from the cayenne and chocolate bits. Compost, manure, barnyard.

Burns on a half-tick of an only occasional & self-correcting wobble. Draws smoothly gate-to-wire with a perfect bit of resistance. Ash falls shy of an oily inch build at a time. Barrel is pinchable firm with no hard/soft spots. Smoke out-put is moderate, filling the room with sweetly spiced leathery earthiness.
