NOTES:
Decoction deprives the eyeballs a fair gaze; gives to the nose bigly tho -- a chocolate and blueberry aroma. On the sip that chocolate gets a savory earth accompaniment, those berries get a wooden bracing. Stuff is a bit bready underneath. Slurps to more entrenched sipping notes.  A peek at brightness, some black tea astringency on the tongue. Finishes meaty and rich of all notes.

A straight-forward blend which lives up to its name. Nice nuances, not much complexities, but drinkability levels are high. Balanced, smooth, robust. Fucking tasty, really. This is a coffee which will show up for you. Dependable. Take it with you [& your plastic Jesus] when you travel far. You won't care if it rains or freezes.
