NOTES:
Eyes to a peachy tint & peach fuzz haziness. Noses like a fruit bowl kept in a Spanish cedar humidor. Most notable is the Oolong tannic experience on the corners of my tongue and the sweet earth which attaches itself there. The rest is crisp & clean to the point of pleasantly sharp. Sips its nosing & its eyeballing notes.

A good slurp gets more of the same + a distinct candied edible flower entrant. Maybe even a bit of the white frosting or icing -- dependant upon your geographic-based linguistics. Complex, bright & neither to the point of unsettling the balance. Delicate. Attainable if you try a tick.
