NOTES:
Sweet & spicey & lemony crisp. Although to the eye, a fog rolls into my mason jar. Noses to the tune of dense peppery earthiness & is more than a bit reminiscent of the cedar inside of my cigar humidor. Sips of dark chocolate, buckwheat honey, and mulling spice. Hearty and robust in sweet flavors and body, tho not in a cloying manner.

Finishes all cherry cordial on long legs, but cleanly-so via a late lemon pith. Slurps add a black tobacco and white dirt (Kaolin) mineral note. Very nicely balanced cup, full of deeply nuanced flavors. Not startlingly complex but more than 'nuff for here.

As the said cup cools, the mineral bits get some added saltiness which works well with an also coming on leathery savoriness. Not as ham-fisted as bold, all told -- quite expressive, tho.
