La Aurora 107 to Get New Vitola & Packaging | Cigar News by Kaplowitz

"Have you Kaplowitz'd to-day?"

La Aurora has announced the coming of a new vitola to their 107 line -- a portly 450 Perfecto -- first intro'd last year in China. The format's nom de tobacco is "Zeppelin," and it is important to realize that real cigars come in all sizes and big is somehow particularly beautiful. Unless you let your dog get too fat because that's unhealthy and you're being negligent or perhaps abusive.

Anyhoo, the blend will be the same as its brethren: Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, Dominican binder, fillers by way of Brazil, DR, Nicaragua, & Peru. To be clear, the new size is expected to launch in the US, but no ETA has been given by the company's distributor, Miami Cigar & Co. It will be available in Spain come June.

Also, the 107 line will, in its entirety, be given a facelift in the form of updated packaging.
