La Aurora Connecticut
WRAPPER: Connecticut shade
BINDER: Dominican
FILLER: Dominican, Nicaraguan

FORMAT: Robusto
ORIGIN: Dominican Republic

STRENGTH: Mild-Medium

NOTES:
Sweet(butterscotch)-creamy earthen-tobacco core. Tangy-forward soft spices whispered peppers. Leather-grains-nuts savoriness. Smoov af. Musty/dusty nuances, zero complexities... the intent here isn't a roller-coaster but a teacup ride. Nice. Burns even 'nuff and draws quite well.

FINAL GRADE: B+
A 90-100 B 80-89 C 70-79 D 60-69 F 0-59

"The La Aurora 1987 Connecticut is part of the time capsule series from the first cigar factory of the Dominican Republic. The cigar joins the 1903 Cameroon and 1962 Corojo and each year represents when La Aurora first used the wrapper in their storied history." - www.TheCigarAuthority.com
